Job Description
Roll International Corporation is currently seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to support their in-house litigation department comprising twenty attorneys, three litigation secretaries and two litigation paralegal. Roll is a privately-held company providing business consulting and legal advice for the following operating entities: FIJI Water, Teleflora, POM Wonderful, Paramount Farms, Paramount Citrus and Suterra.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
All aspects of general commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, motions, discovery and research

Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in general commercial litigation
JD from an acredited, top tier law school, including admission to the State Bar of California
Strong academic credentials, and excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills required
Demonstrated excellent judgment, common sense, and ability to work well with internal clients
Ability to provide top-quality, proactive, effective legal support in a fast moving environment with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 5 years in general commercial litigation, with demonstrable experience in trademark litigation and proceedings before the USPTO;
· JD from an accredited, top tier law school, including admission to the State Bar of California;
· Strong academic credentials, and excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills required;
· Demonstrated excellent judgment, common sense, and ability to work well with internal clients;
· Ability to provide top-quality, proactive, accurate and effective legal support in a fast moving environment with minimal supervision
