Job Description
Provide legal assistance and advice on wide range of legal work for the First Investors Funds and their advisor, including applicable laws and regulations, compliance program policies and procedures, regulatory filings, review of contracts and agreements, and preparation of board memoranda and minutes.

Job Requirements
3-6 years of experience with respect to the Investment Company and Investment Advisors Act of 1940, and the rules thereunder, in the capacity of either an in-house attorney for a fund group, an attorney with a law firm that specializes in representing funds and their advisors, or an attorney for the SEC. Strong writing and analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently.
